HEALing Process, LLC is a private mental health practice owned and operated by Sherri Tobin. Sherri is a Registered Psychotherapist in the state of Colorado, with over 7 years of professional experience. Services are available to clients in the Denver Metropolitan Area, through several locations including, Littleton, Aurora, and Greenwood Village.
Sherri has successfully worked to reduce the symptoms associated with anxiety, fears, OCD, sadness/depression and life transitions through the use of RLT, CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques. In addition, Sherri utilizes the effective techniques outlined in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to help young people process traumatic experiences, reduce the intensity and frequency of intrusive thoughts and memories, and empower the client to feel increased control.
